My Reiki journey began over 15 years ago, in the beautiful Spa City, where I was born and raised!

What started as a personal path and a desire to build on my background in the advocacy/ social work field, has grown into my life work: helping others increase their understanding of the mind-body connection. My mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can release stress, restore balance and reconnect with your best self.

Hello!

I am Denise McDonald, a Level II Reiki Practitioner. I have lived and worked in Saratoga Springs and the surrounding area for over 40 years and am grateful to be opening up a new Reiki practice at the Saratoga Reiki Room.  

For my entire adult life, my journey has been committed to improving my well-being through complementary healing practices and creative expression and to provide opportunities for others to share in these kinds of experiences. I have been fortunate to benefit enormously from the grounding, calming, and healing effects of energy work and would like to share these benefits with others through Reiki - especially with all that is happening in the world. It is an honor for me to support and care for my clients and to witness the powerful impact of reiki on their overall well being
